My Story

I spent 15 years managing and scaling tech companies, and found repeatedly that what I do best is lead and inspire people and teams. With a mother who is a therapist and a father who founded a mentorship organization, coaching may just be in my DNA. I trained as a leadership coach both with Stanford University and the Co-Active Coaching Institute, and feel lucky each day to do something I love!

Before becoming a coach, I led global operations and teams of 500+ across 14 countries. I received my MBA from Stanford, residing for the last 15 years between Silicon Valley and Spain and traveling throughout Europe, the US, and Latin America. I currently live with my wonderful partner, two fantastic step-kids and a newborn, and I coach clients across the globe both virtually and onsite.

With firsthand experience of what it takes to lead a growing and changing organization, I base my coaching on your or your team’s objectives and goals. By carefully listening, uncovering unseen dynamics, and challenging with support, I empower clients to find greater alignment in their daily work and in the impact they want to have. When we succeed, the challenge becomes fun, lighter and more exciting with limitless possibilities - the way life, and professional life, should feel. Our time is short..
