I support leaders to develop their potential through self-awareness, removing limiting beliefs and becoming the leader that they know they are capable of being. Too often company politics, societal or childhood messages get in the way. We know things should be different, that we can achieve more or have more impact, yet we feel limited or stuck. I work with leaders to step outside their comfort zone and embody the personal power, potential, and life energy that they have within.
Having led teams across multiple industries and geographies, I have felt the pressure of managing people, inspiring a team, setting a strategy, hitting deadlines and KPIs, navigating politics, and managing through change. Being a leader isn’t easy, and it can be lonely!

Team Coaching
Teams are complex. Often a group of talented individuals doesn't quite click. The collective talent isn’t being leveraged.
It’s not easy to make 2+2=5, and coaching helps. Just as with a sports team, a coach sees what’s happening from a different perspective, and supports a team to transform dynamics and behaviors that aren’t supporting the team goals. Grounded in an understanding of the team’s strategic objectives, I identify patterns and what is happening beneath the surface that is limiting the team’s progress. With a mix of empathy and candor, I guide a team to create the psychological safety and supportive environment that they need to achieve their objectives.
I work with a team over time to ensure the “ah-ha” moments from an initial workshop or assessment are not lost. By embedding learnings and goals into daily work and behaviors of a team, we enable lasting change.
Business Coaching
Leaders need coaches, as do teams, and businesses too. With 15 years of experience scaling high-growth companies (including 3 "unicorns"), I coach growing tech company founders and leaders (seed to series D start-ups and scale-ups) to set them up for sustainable growth at scale.
Each engagement is customized based on the needs of the company, focused on resolving the most pressing challenges. I work closely with founders and leaders to figure out what isn’t working beneath the surface, set up the team for success, and unlock growth.
